With a career based in business and project performance, his current function has focused on establishing the Social Value proposition for the business that aligns with customer requirements. Richard with the support of the Social Impact managers across Kier has recently established the business strategy Responsible Business – Local Impact which focuses on leaving a positive footprint wherever Kier operates.
