Richard joined Kier in 1988 as a site manager and he is now senior director responsible for supporting the future direction of the Regional Building business and aligning its objectives with the wider Group. With a career based in business and project performance, his current function has focused on establishing the Social Value proposition for the business that aligns with customer requirements. Richard with the support of the Social Impact managers across Kier has recently established the business strategy Responsible Business – Local Impact which focuses on leaving a positive footprint wherever Kier operates.
